Our friend Mr. Tinga, the initiator if the city channel (aka. CAN, aka potluck) has been talking to people about the project and it seems that a private venture would be a quicker way to get the project started. If we go the amateur video route ala YouTube, we will be able to generate decent video material to generate an audience. Find attached a revised business concept.
